The Shop @ GCCA

The Shop uses a rolling consignment process rather than periodic application cycles. Local artists may apply for consignment at any time using the appointment request form on our online shop. As space becomes available, new work is accepted and displays are updated throughout the year. This means you may see new artists and products whenever you visit.

No. Shop Gift Cards are valid only for merchandise purchased in The Shop.

Every artist represented in The Shop is a local artist and artist member of GCCA.

At this time, GCCA does not offer standard shipping for online orders.

Orders placed through The Shop are available for in-person pickup during our regular business hours. Please wait until you receive an email confirming that your order is ready before coming to pick it up.

If you have a special circumstance that requires shipping, please email info@artcentergreenville.org. While we cannot guarantee shipping, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

1. When placing your order, select In-Store Pickup at checkout.

2. Wait for your pickup confirmation email before visiting.

3. Most orders are ready within 3–5 business days.

4. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation (or order number) when picking up your purchase.

In-Store Purchases

All in-person sales are final.

If you experience an issue with your purchase or need to request an exchange (such as a size or color), please contact us with your order number and details. We'll do our best to help.

Online Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Most online purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Please note:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

• Shipping and service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, GCCA will cover return shipping costs.

To begin a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll provide return instructions as quickly as possible.
