Located in the former Brandon Textile Mill in the Village of West Greenville, Greenville Center for Creative Arts has something for everyone!

GCCA’s Main Gallery features rotating exhibitions displaying the artwork of local, regional, national, and international artists from all disciplines of visual art, while the Community Gallery provides a venue for some of the best local, Upstate South Carolina artists.

Visit GCCA for the First Friday gallery crawl to enjoy exhibition openings, meet our studio artists, and enjoy a family art activity, or schedule a group tour during the week to explore our unique space. If you’d like to meet our studio artists outside of First Fridays, you can make an appointment with the individual artist to visit their studio.

GCCA’s galleries are free and open to the public!

Make GCCA Your First Stop for First Friday

Visit GCCA on the First Friday of the month from 6 – 9 pm to view exhibitions in the Main Gallery and Community Gallery, meet the GCCA Studio Artists, buy local art, and participate in special family art activities! Follow us on social media for updates and more information.

Group Tours

Tours for Groups between
10 – 50 Attendees

Book a group tour of our gallery and studios for your school field trip, work outing, or large family activity! Tours will be led by one of GCCA’s staff and can last anywhere from 30-45 minutes and does not include additional art activities. The minimum age for children is 6 years old. We are an accessible building with a ramp at the front of the building and an elevator to get to the second floor. We are located in the historic Brandon Mill in Greenville’s arts district, the Village of West Greenville. From Pendleton Street, turn onto Draper Street and then turn on Abney. GCCA is in the building connected to the West Village Lofts at Brandon Mill.

Parking

Attendees should park in either GCCA reserved or general open spaces in the gated lot accessible via Abney Street between Draper and Bryant. If no spaces are available in this lot, they should park in the overflow area located at 20 Draper Street (the one-story white concrete building at the intersection of Abney and Draper). A ramp can be found at the front entrance, for those who need an alternative to stairs.

Animals are not permitted inside GCCA, with the exception of registered and labeled service animals.

Severe Weather Policy

GCCA may close in cases of severe weather, following Greenville County Schools weather policies.
